Please note the following changes to CPI administrative fees and procedures become effective April 1, 2015:

Management Fees
— 
Manaqement fees for all projects submitted for financial assistance under the AgriMarketing Program will increase from 5% to 10%.

Trade Shows and CPI Seminars
— 
There will be obligatory participation fee charged for each show that will vary between$500 and $3,000. The cost of individual company cubicles will be in addition.

— 
The participation fee for CPI seminars taking place on the same trip will be $500 per company.

— 
Participating companies will be invoiced at least one month prior to the event (trade show or seminar). Payment must be received before the event takes place in order to be allowed to participate.

— 
Export Market Diversification funding will not be available to CPI members applying for travel assistance at the time of a show where CPI has a booth if the member is not participating in the booth.
