Please note the following changes to the financial assistance for the Export Market Diversification (EMD), Export Market Investigation (EMI) and Export Market Adaptation (EMA) from the Export Market Development Program:
Per diems will be allocated to cover daily expenses (meals, hotel accommodation, local or in-city transportation, such as taxis, bus, rentals, etc.). All hotel invoices should state the name of the traveler(s):
- Outside Canada : $200/day/person*
- In Canada: $150/day/person**
* Foreign representatives of CPI members are not eligible
**Canadians and foreign representatives of CPI members are not eligible
A flat rate of $50 to cover ground transportation to and from the traveller’s home/work and the commercial carrier will be allocated per representative per trip.
